Busy Lizzy Nursery
At Busy Lizzy Nursery, we are a team of dedicated childcare professionals based in Maidstone, Kent. We are passionate about providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 2 to infant school age. Our aim is to ensure that all children enjoy their time with us, feel valued, progress, and are confident, secure, and willing to learn.
We believe that every child is unique and deserves to be treated as an individual. We create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where children can learn, play and grow at their own pace. Our experienced and qualified staff members work closely with parents to ensure that each child’s needs are met and that they receive the best possible care.
To achieve this, we implement a curriculum that covers all 7 areas of learning, and we endeavour to provide a rich learning environment. Our focus is on delivering the curriculum in an inclusive way, which allows all children to participate in the day-to-day activities that are adapted to meet their individual needs. We want all children to be included and not feel that they are different from their peers.
We understand that leaving your child in the care of others can be a difficult decision, but we strive to make the transition as smooth and comfortable as possible for both you and your child. Our ultimate goal is to impact on the children by furthering their knowledge and making a positive difference in their lives.
Our aim is for most, if not all, of the children to be school-ready and to have grown in confidence by making relationships with their peers, learning to be sociable and respectful of each other and their belongings. We believe that children are and feel safe in our nursery, and we take our responsibility for their welfare and care very seriously.
